FREEZER ORANGE FLUFF PIE image

9-inch baked pie shell
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1 8-ounce tub cool whip

Steps:

  • Mix egg yolks, sugar and orange juice in the top of a double boiler. Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until it thickens (about 15 minutes). Stir in orange rind. Cool. Fold in 2 cups of cool whip. Fill cooled baked pie shell. Top with remaining cool whip. Freeze several hours or overnight.
