Freezer Cucumber Salad image

7 cups cucumbers
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
2 cups sugar
1 cup white vinegar

Steps:

  • Slice and peel cucumbers.
  • Mix ingredients altogether and store in a cool place.
  • Stir twice daily for 4 to 5 days.
  • Fill containers and store in the freezer.
