- 1. Marinate pork chops for up to 2 hours.
- 2. Saute chops for approximately 2 minutes on each side over medium high heat until golden brown.
- 3. Combine sauce ingredients and mix well. Pour over chops and simmer over low heat until thickened, approximately 5 minutes.
