Fluffy Cheesecake Dessert image

Just a little different from the rest. Marshmallows are the mystery ingredient to this tasty cheesecake.

4 cups miniature marshmallows
1/3 cup orange juice
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
12 oz. tub cool whip
75 crushed nilla wafers (2 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • 1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine marshmallows and orange juice. Microwave, uncovered, for 1 1/2 minutes on high. Stir until smooth. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese. Add marshmallow mixture; beat just until smooth. Fold in cool whip.
  • 2. Combine Nilla wafer crumbs and butter; set aside 3/4 cup for topping. Press remaining crumbs into an ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Spoon cream cheese filling over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
  • 3. Cover and refrigerate for hour or until set.
