1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
1/4 cup onion, minced
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 tablespoon catsup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Mix with hands to blend thoroughly.
  • Turn into loaf pan.
  • Bake for 1 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
