Steps:
- Place into a bowl your eggs and garlic puree and using a fork beat the eggs.
- Place into a second bowl your oat flour along with salt, pepper and mustard.
- Blend your gluten free bread rolls and place into a third bowl along with the rest of your seasonings.
- Make sure each bowl is well mixed with its seasonings.
- Slice your onion into rings.
- Place each of your onion rings into the oat flour bowl, the egg bowl and the breadcrumbs bowl until it is well mixed.
- Shake off any excess batter and place your onion rings into your air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes at 200c/400f and serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
