Fish Coating the Low-Carb Way image

Instead of cornmeal, flour, breadcrumbs or panko, this Low-Carb version gives the CRUNCH and flavor instead of the carbs. Keto-Friendly! I also use it for chicken tenders and pork chops.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 bag(s) pork rinds
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika
1/4 teaspoon(s) onion salt

Steps:

  • This recipe is for the coating only. I use regular flavor, but you could use the seasoned-I bet it w/b good!
  • In a food processor, process the pork rinds very fine. Place them in a pie plate. Add seasonings and mix thoroughly. (If you're using seasoned pork rinds, omit the seasonings)
  • Use this to dip fish in after it's been dipped in beaten egg. 2 bags will process down to a small bowl of crumbs and will coat about 4-6 small-medium pieces of fish fillets.
