Fish Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 cups cooked pasta
2 cups cooked fish steaks, such as halibut or salmon
2 cups mild evaporated milk or half & half
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
salt, pepper and seasonings
1/2 cups cup buttered bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Drain and flake fish, removing any bones. Mix pasta, fish, milk, butter, and seasonings in a large bowl. Spoon mixture into a Dutch oven. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over the top. Bake for about an hour using 5-6 briquets under the oven and 20-25 briquets on the lid.Spiced with More Tall Tales - Fish and Fowl
