FIGS WITH ROCOTTA, PISTACHIOS, AND HONEY image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/4 c. pistachios
8 dried figs
1/4 c. ricotta cheese
1T.honey
salt to taste.

Steps:

  • Toast nuts 3-5 minutes. Cut fig in half crosswise and place cut side up on dish. Make indentation into cut side of fig and put in 1/2 t. of ricotta on each piece and spinkle with nuts. Drizzle with honey. sprinkle with salt
