I got this recipe from my friend Chef Bobby. He normally made enough to feed a couple of hundred so I adapted it to feed a family of 4.

Steps:
- 1. Cook vermicelli until al dente. Drain.
- 2. While pasta is cooking, place ground beef,tomatoes, onion powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and chicken base in a skillet.
- 3. Mix well. Brown the ground beef mixture stirring frequently. Drain excess grease.
- 4. In a bowl, mix the pasta and beef mixture well.
- 5. Serve immediately.
- 6. **Great served with tortilla chips.
