FETTUCCINE ALFREDO TUNA SKILLET image

Number Of Ingredients 8

One 4.9 oz. package Farmhouse® Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup frozen peas, uncooked
One 6 oz. can of tuna, drained
1-1/3 cups water
3/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Add green onion and red bell pepper. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add peas, tuna, water, milk, pasta and contents of seasoning packet and bring just to a boil. Reduce heat to low boil. Cook uncovered for 12 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes for sauce to thicken before serving.
