Steps:
- Combine fennel seeds, garlic powder, rosemary leaves, onion powder, black pepper and salt in food processor, I used a spice grinder.
- Process until fine.
- Stir in olive oil.
- Spread on meat of your choice, I let set for atleast an hour.
