FARFALLE WITH SMOKED SALMON image

1 teaspoon butter
1/2 pound smoked salmon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6 ounces farfalle pasta, cooked and drained
1 bunch asparagus, diced
1 large red bell pepper, julienned
1 1/2 cups 1 percent milk,divided
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 ounces NeufchaƄtel

Steps:

  • Saute asparagus, red pepper, and butter with salt and pepper Whisk in milk and flour until smooth Add salmon and break into pieces Add Neufchatel and stir until melted Stir in cooked farfalle and mix well
