Steps:
- 1. Cut up pork chops into bite size pieces. Flour, salt and pepper pork chop bites then brown in cooking oil.. If needed you may add more oil for cooking.
- 2. Place fried browned pork chop bites in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- 3. Your ingredients
- 4. Combine soup, broth, ginger, rosemary, sour cream and 1/2 can of the french dried onions, and pour over pork chops. ( be sure and cover dish with lid or foil) Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes
- 5. Stir remaining sour cream in your container... you can use all or a portion to the top of your casserole and top with your remaining french dried onions and return to oven uncovered for 15 minutes
- 6. I always serve this over mashed potatoes... This is a dish that will please all that try it!!
