- In the bowl of a food processor, add all the ingredients and pulse until it starts to look like a crumbly dough. If the dough is too wet, add another tablespoon of coconut flour and continue mixing.
- Form the balls: Scoop out a tablespoonful of mixture and shape into a 1-inch ball (about 20g)
- Roll each rum ball in shredded coconut until completely covered. Repeat until all there's no mixture left.
- Refrigerate until ready to enjoy!
