Exquisite Pie image

How to make Exquisite Pie

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 stick margarine; melted * all of these can be Food Lion brands!
1 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbspn vanilla
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup nuts

Steps:

  • Bake pie shell 3 to 4 minutes until almost done. Remove from oven and cool. Beat and mix margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla and vinegar. then add coconut, raisins, and nuts and mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Freezes well. Rich dessert. I use pecans for the nut choice. Perfect for Thanksgiving and Christmas dessert
