Yield 75 cookies

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup each: granulated sugar, packed light brown sugar
2 sticks (1 cup) butter, room temperature
1 cup canola or corn oil
1 large egg
3½ cups flour
1 cup each: rice krispies, oats, sweetened coconut flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
¾ tsp cream of tartar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F Beat sugars and butter until fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add oil and egg, mix until smooth. Add flour, rice krispies, oats, coconut flakes, baking powder, salt, cream of tartar. Mix until well combined about 30 seconds. Drop rounded tablespoons on greased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake until browned.
