Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Halve the english muffins and spread each with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce.
- Add one slice of chicken and top with one slice of cheese.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- We have also toasted the muffins and cooked these in the microwave.
