- 2. These are the remaining ingredients used.
- 3. Prep all of the vegetables into desired sizes.
- 4. Add the olive oil and apple cider vinegar to a large bowl, then whisk together till blended. Then add in the Chia seeds and no calorie sweetener and whisk to combine.
- 5. Now pour the salad dressing mixture over the veggies and stir to coat. Cover and allow to marinate at least an hour before you are ready to serve if time permits. Then serve and enjoy.
