My mother in law shared this recipe with me for a different and delicious variation on scalloped potatoes. This is a great dish to prepare for your own family or for company.

Steps:
- Melt butter in pan and add shredded cheddar until melted. Add sour cream and fold in the potatoes. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until lightly browned. Yummy!!!
