Eggnog Pancake Mix image

Great holiday gift and yummy pancake mix!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 1/3 cup(s) all purpose flour
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon(s) ground cloves
1/4 cup(s) sugar

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients stirring until blended. Spoon mix into resealable plastic bag; remove air; and seal.
  • Directions: Combine Pancake Mix, 1 1/2 cu refrigerated eggnog, 1 egg and 1 tbsp vegetable oil and stir until moist. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot lightly greased griddle.
