Don't turn your nose up until you try it. Dad raised me on this recipe and it's best served warm on toast.

2 -3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon peanut butter (just enough to taste)

Steps:

  • Boil eggs for 10 minutes.
  • Peel eggs and mash into medium bowl.
  • Add mayo and peanut butter.
  • Best served on toast.
