Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Stir in VELVEETA.
- Spread zucchini onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; cover with sour cream mixture. Top with remaining ingredients.
- Bake 45 min. or until zucchini is tender and casserole is heated through.
