Steps:
- Shred cheese in food processor. Rub a 2-qt. casserole with cut garlic. Add wine. Microwave at 50% (medium) 3 to 4 minutes or until bubbles form (do not boil). Combine cheese, flour, nutmeg and pepper. Add to wine. Microwave 4 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring every other minute. Stir in brandy. Reheat if necessary.
