10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed
14 oz artichoke hearts, canned, drained and roughly chopped
1 c parmigiano-reggiano, grated
1/2 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp garlic, minced
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, making sure it's mixed well. Pour into oven proof baking dish.
  • 3. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheeses are bubbling and melted.
