Steps:
- 1. In frying skillet add oil and brown together onion and celery until soft. Add Ro-tel tomatoes, add all spices, sugar and lemon juice. When tomatoes just begin to bubble, add tomato sauce rinsing can with 1/3 cup of water. When sauce is near boiling , lower heat and add rice and stir until sauce is mix well through out the rice. Salt and pepper to taste or diet.
