This is a family recipe from my husband's side of the family. It is amazing in flavor and very easy!

Steps:
- 1. Place bacon in a frying pan after its done cooking, remove bacon from pan but leave bacon grease in the pan.
- 2. Add onions to the pan that has the beacon grease in it. Cook till they are almost done
- 3. add tomatoes to pan and continue cooking
- 4. add back in the bacon
- 5. add 3 cans of drained collard greens
- 6. Continue simmering for 10 minutes
