Steps:
- 1. Place the Wakame in a small bowl and cover it with hot water and set aside.
- 2. Add the water to a stock pot. Bring to a boil whisking in the instant Dashi. Turn heat to medium and add the tofu. Cook 1 minutes. Scoop out about 1/2 cup of the soup and mix it with the miso paste until it is smooth.
- 3. Add the Miso mixture to the soup. Cook 1 minute. Drain the Wakame and add to the soup. Cook 2 minutes.
- 4. Ladle into bowls and add the scallions.
