Steps:
- 1. In a 10" skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon till lightly browned.
- 2. Stir in onion, green pepper and garlic.
- 3. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Stir in rice; cook until rice is slightly browned, stirring often.
- 5. Stir in soup, water, salsa; mix well.
- 6. Over high heat, heat to boiling.
- 7. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Until rice is tender.
