Steps:
- 1. Cook your rice according to package directions, set aside. Steam or boil your broccoli till just tender, remove and set aside.
- 2. In a large bowl, add the Philly Pourable Cream Cheese, your milk, and your salt and pepper. Mix till thoroughly incorporated.
- 3. To the cheese and milk mixture, add your rice , then broccoli and mix well. Pour mixture into a pre-sprayed 13 X 9 baking dish, or casserole dish of your choice. Sprinkle on your cheese.
- 4. Dot dish with the butter. Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 35-45 minutes or till lightly golden!!
