Easy Parmesan Cheeseburgers image

A burger made with lean ground beef and Italian dressing is grilled to perfection, with a last-minute addition of Parmesan for melted cheesy goodness.

1 lb. lean ground beef
6 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
4 hamburger buns
4 tomato slices

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix meat and 2 Tbsp. dressing just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Top with cheese; grill 1 min. or until melted.
  • Toss lettuce with remaining dressing. Fill buns with cheeseburgers, lettuce and tomatoes.
