Easy Mocha Mousse image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 Tbsp brewed espresso, chilled
2 c chocolate pudding, prepared
3/4 c heavy cream
1 Tbsp sugar
chocolate shavings for topping

Steps:

  • 1. Stir espresso into prepared chocolate pudding.
  • 2. Beat heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
  • 3. Fold into mocha pudding and top with chocolate shavings.
