Easy Marshmallows from Cool Whip image

This recipe is so clever and oh so easy- I love to make marshmallows -but they are so time consuming and this is so simple to make for you hot chocolate or other dessert toppings.

Number Of Ingredients 2

9 oz container or "tub" of cool whip
1/2 c cold water

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together ingredients until blended.
  • 2. Line a 9x13-inch pan with was paper or any pan as long as you will have the mixture as least 1/2 inch thick or more.
  • 3. Pour mixture into pan and smooth evenly. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • 4. Lift out paper. Cut into you favorite shapes with cookie cutter. Place cut outs between wax paper and put in a freezer container. Take out as needed. Great in your hot cocoa. Enjoy!
