2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
8 round buttery crackers, crushed
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
2 salmon fillets (1/2 lb.)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF. Mix mustard, cracker crumbs and thyme.
  • Place fish, skin-sides down, on foil-covered baking sheet; spread with mustard mixture.
  • Bake 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
