It looks and tastes like a special-occasion dessert, but this Easy Coconut-Candy Bar Pie takes only 15 minutes to prep for the fridge.

2 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Coconut Cream Flavor Instant Pudding
2 cups cold milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
8 mini chocolate-coated coconut and almond candy bars, chopped, divided
1 chocolate cookie crumb crust (6 oz.)
1 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted

Steps:

  • Beat pudding mixes and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in half the COOL WHIP and all but 3 Tbsp. chopped candy.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Top with remaining COOL WHIP, coconut and remaining chopped candy.
