Easy Christmas Cookies II image

1 cup margarine
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 large egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
colored sprinkles

Steps:

  • Cream margarine, cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and flour.
  • Mix well; add vanilla.
  • Shape into long rolls.
  • Refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Slice and dip in colored sugar sprinkles.
  • Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  • Can be used with a cookie press.
