Easy Chicken Pot Pie image

This is a family favorite. Makes 2 pies and I have yet to find left overs in the fridge the next day.

1 can(s) campbell's cream of chicken soup
1 can(s) campbell's mushroom soup
2 can(s) mixed vegetables (cajun seasoned opt)
2 large can(s) chunked chicken breast (1 can if you like less meat)
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg refrigerated pie crusts
1 pkg frozen deep dish pie crusts

Steps:

  • 1. You can prepare this one of two ways.
  • 2. Way 1. Mix all wet ingredients, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Pour into the two deep dish pie shells. Cover with refridgerated pie crust pinch edges. Bake at 350 degrees till crust is golden brown.
  • 3. Way 2. (quick bake method) Mix all wet ingredients, salt and pepper in a large pot heat thoroughly. Pour into the two deep dish pie shells. Cover with refridgerated pie crust pinch edges. Bake at 350 degrees till crust is golden brown.
