Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish. Heat olive oil in a dutch oven over high heat. Add chard and saute' until wilted- just a minute or so. Transfer chard to a colander and drain well, pressing on chard with the back of a spoon. Add pepper and onion to still hot dutch oven and saute' until tender, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Mix in chard and toss to combine. Mix in all but 1 cup of cheese. Spoon into prepared baking dish. Overlap tomato slices atop chard mixture. Season tomatoes with salt and pepper. Top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered until heated through, about 40 minutes.
