DUCK IN SLOW COOKER image

Number Of Ingredients 11

4 or 5 lb. duck
mushrooms as you like
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 onion
3 whole cloves
1/2 c. wine

Steps:

  • 1. Cut duck in pieces. Put all ingredients ins low cooker and set on low for several hours or overnight. This is especially good for wild ducks if they tend to be tough or older ones.
