Dry Steak Rub image

A seasoning mix for steaks or to spinkle on beef ribs or hamburgers too! Pretty SPICY, so if you ar a weakling when it mes to spicy food reduce the cayenne or eliminate altogether Great for pork, fish, seafood and chicken!

1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne
1 tablespoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon oregano
2 tablespoons garlic powder
4 tablespoons salt
4 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon white pepper
2 tablespoons cumin
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon thyme

Steps:

  • combine all in a bowl and mix well. store in a airtight container in a cool dark place and use as much as you wish!
