DRY RUB PORK TENDERLOIN image

One pork tenderloin approx 2 lbs
2 tbs kosher salt
1 tbs coarse ground black pepper
1 tbs chili powder
1 tbs cinnamon

Steps:

  • Combine seasonings in a small bowl. Rub seasonings into the pork tenderloin, cover and let stand while grill preheats. Grill tenderloin over medium low heat until internal temp reads 170. Remove from grill. Slice and serve.
