Number Of Ingredients 10

1 (28 ounce or 2-16oz) can bake beans ( Bush's original)
1 (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans - rinse and drained
1 (15 ounce) can white beans - rinse and drained
1 (15 ounce) large butter beans- rinse and drained
1 small onion - diced
¼ cup Bourbon or Rum or Red Wine
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
¼ cup organic apple cider vinegar
½ cup organic brown sugar
½ cup organic ketchup

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Use a 13 x 9 baking dish Pyrex dish. Take the first 5 ingredients and place them into the baking dish.
  • In a medium size bowl, whisk together the Bourbon, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar and ketchup. Pour onto the bean mixture and gently mix all together until well blended.
  • Bake, uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and cover with foil wrap to keep warm until you're ready to serve.
  • Serve beans warm.
  • Serves 8 to 10
