Steps:
- Chop garlic and crush it with 1 tsp salt. Mix garlic and mustard to a paste. Beat in the vinegar and finally the o oil for a thick dressing. Add basil then onion. Let stand 30 min at room temp, the add prawns and chill for 1 hour. Drain artichoke hearts and halve. Spread them over a bed of lettuce, then add prawns and their marinade. Serve immediately.
