Double Chocolate Brownies image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup All-Bran® Original
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Set aside.2. In large mixing bowl, combine sugar, oil, water, vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Stir in KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal. Let stand about 5 minutes or until cereal softens. Stir in chocolate morsels and nuts. Add flour mixture, mixing until combined. Spread evenly in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.3. Bake at 350°F about 35 minutes or until center is firm. Cool completely before cutting.
