Double-Cheese Mac, Ham & Peas Skillet image

Beef up your next mac and cheese dinner by doubling down on the cheese and adding mushrooms, chopped ham, stewed tomatoes and peas.

1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 cups water
1 pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Boiled Ham, chopped
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese

Steps:

  • Bring tomatoes, water, ham, mushrooms and Macaroni to boil in Dutch oven or large deep skillet; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 7 min. or until macaroni is tender.
  • Add Cheese Sauce and peas; stir. Simmer 2 min. or until heated through. Remove from heat.
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheese; cover. Let stand 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
