Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup(s) + 1 tablespon flour
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) dry chicken bullion (optional)
3 tablespoon(s) cold butter
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil, extra virgin
1/3 cup(s) water

Steps:

  • place ingredients into food processor and blend to form ball of dough
  • turn out onto counter and roll out as thin as you like, I cut these with the rim of a shot glass! you can make them square or rectangled by using a pizza cutter to cut them too!
  • place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and give each cracker a couple pokes with a fork!
  • bake at 400* for 8-12 minutes depending on your thickness. brush with melted butter for your ritz style brush with melted butter and sprinkle with chicken bullion for your chicken flavor! I have added powdered cheese in place of the chicken bullion and those are very yummy too!
