DIJON THYME PORK image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme (finely chopped)
1 Pork Tenderloin (about 1 pound)
1.5 Tbsp of Spice World Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Kerrygold Garlic Herb Irish Butter
1/4 cup Chardonay
2 Tbsp Grey Poupon (dijon mustard)
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tsp Flour

Steps:

  • Cut pork diagonally in to about 8 pieces Chop thyme Combine thyme, mustard and garlic in a medium bowl; coat pork slices Preheat skillet on medium for 2-3 minutes. Place butter in pan and then add pork; cook 5-6 minutes on each side or until browned Combine wine, milk and flour in skillet and add pork back. Cook and stir 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve pork and drizzle sauce over pork
