DIJON CHICKEN image

Yield 2-4 servings

Number Of Ingredients 8

2-4 chicken breats, boneless and skinless
Olive oil
Sliced or quartered mushrooms
Splash of white wine
12+ ounces chicken gravy
1/3 cup milk
pepper
2 tablespoons dijon mustard

Steps:

  • Brown chicken in oiled skillet, remove Saute musrooms in skillet until tender Stir in wine, gravy, milk and pepper Add chicken and simmer covered until cooked, turning and basting occassionally (about 5-10 minutes) Stir in mustard just before chicken is done cooking Serve over rice
