1/4 c dry white wine
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp ground sage
1/8 tsp salt
2 Tbsp margarine
2 Tbsp chopped shallots
1 small clove garlic, mashed
1 lb scallops
parsley

Steps:

  • 1. MIX TOGETHER WHITE WINE, MUSTARD, THYME, SAGE, AND SALT; SET ASIDE. MELT MARGARINE IN FRYING PAN; SAUTE CHOPPED SHALLOTS, GARLIC AND SCALLOPS; BOIL RAPIDLY FOR 1 MINUTE TO REDUCE LIQUID. GARNISH WITH PARSLEY
