Steps:
- In a bowl combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, and vanilla and beat with a hand whisk until color is uniform. Add flour mixture and whisk until smooth. Add more milk if batter is too thick.
- Spoon prepared pancake batter onto griddle or large skillet.
- Cook 1 to 2 minutes; turn and cook until golden brown. Repeat using remaining batter.
